WHITECONCEPTS was founded in 2009 by the art and culture manager Nicole F. Loeser in Berlin and acts as a dynamic art hub. WHITECONCEPTS’ believe is that culture is transferred through art and is therefore a good indicator of social developments. Art has the potential to examine and respond to individual and sensitive changes in society.
